Flirt Creativity is a fully integrated agency providing creative services from; branding, communication platforms, advertising campaigns, social first campaigns and video production.

Right now, we’re looking for an intuitive, assertive, and dynamic Medior Project Manager to join the team at Flirt and take responsibility for our creative and digital projects.

You’ll be responsible for participating in project development from concept to deployment and beyond. The ideal person for this role is a problem-solver with an innovative mind and loves to collaborate with other teams.

  • You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in agency side

Responsibilities :
  • Lead project development from concept to deployment and beyond
  • Obtain detailed client briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project for the team
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Contribute to managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive (financial) project documentation
  • Delegate project tasks among the creative team
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long- term goals
  • Send out client invoices according to project scope and book project invoices
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
