As an Art Director at Flirt you are in charge of creating strong campaigns for our brand portfolio, as well as creating interesting insights to base branding and design work on. We embrace a collaborative approach, which means that you will partner up with adjacent disciplines within the company such as video production, editing, motion graphics and copywriting. Can you think and work with designers? Do you have a strong affinity with copy & typography and are you ready for your next step in branding and concepting? Then we are looking for you!

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is able to respond to client briefs and create concepts that cover different media platforms such as; digital communication, marketing materials, television and video, graphic design and branding
• Can envision and create compelling, cohesive and lasting products and experiences
• Knows how to convert campaign strategies to creative concepts
• Will ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
• Has a strong eye for design and gets their inspiration from a variety of sources
• Is able to create catchy & convincing presentations
• Can meet short deadlines and stay organized
• Is able to use their talent across different client industries
• Is addicted to branding and is aware of the latest trends and developments in the field
• Is able to lead a team of designers and editors to motivate them to achieve the best possible results
• Taking ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new business pitches
• Has the confidence to explain and support their thinking, both internally and externally
• Possesses a flexible approach and willingness to adapt their ideas to the needs of clients
• Has great interpersonal and communication skills
• Has expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

Overall, you are a fresh thinker who embraces challenges as well as new methods of thinking.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in an Art Director role in an advertising environment or as a freelancer
• Proven and compelling portfolio of work
• Experience in graphic design
